Rajdeep regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate law.
Prior to her career here at DuMoulin Black, Rajdeep worked at another boutique law firm where she gained experience in corporate and securities law. Rajdeep also has previous experience in the field of corporate governance. Drawn to the vast amount of transactional experience and expertise offered by the firm, Rajdeep decided to join DuMoulin Black. She values the firm's client-focused approach and collegial spirit. At DuMoulin Black, Rajdeep is able to gain exposure to a variety of different transactions across a broad range of industries.
Rajdeep takes pride in providing her clients with proactive and tailored legal solutions. Outside the firm, you can find her hiking, watching films, travelling the globe and playing all kinds of sports. Rajdeep is also fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi.
