Lauren practices corporate and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions and business law matters. Lauren provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters. She also has experience drafting various types of commercial agreements.

Lauren has experience working in-house at a marine transportation and shipbuilding company in Vancouver. Prior to joining DuMoulinBlack, Lauren practiced corporate and securities law at a national law firm in Vancouver.
