Daphne practices corporate and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial agreements and corporate reorganizations. Daphne also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters.
Outside of work, Daphne enjoys running, hiking, and travelling.
Prior to joining DuMoulin Black, Daphne practiced at a boutique tax and estate law firm in Vancouver where she assisted clients with personal and corporate tax planning, including business succession, corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and trust matters. Daphne also served as a judicial law clerk at the Tax Court of Canada.
