Victoria A. Steeves was educated at the University of New Brunswick where she received her LL.B. in 1996 and at Memorial University of Newfoundland where she received her B.A. in 1992. She was admitted to the bar in Newfoundland in 1997, in Nova Scotia in 1998 and in British Columbia in 2002.
Victoria practices corporate and securities law and has acted for public and private companies in a variety of industry sectors in matters such as equity and debt financings, stock exchange listings, plans of arrangement, mergers, acquisitions and share and asset sales. She also advises clients on corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters.
