Ryan S. Osing* received his B.A. from the University of British Columbia in 1997 and his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 2000. He was admitted to the bar in British Columbia in 2001.
Ryan practices in the areas of securities, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and corporate & commercial law. Ryan has assisted public and private companies involved in a variety of industry sectors including mining and technology. Matters in which he has been involved include: multi-jurisdictional private placements and prospectus offerings; initial public offerings; mergers and corporate reorganizations; capital pool company financings and qualifying transactions; going private transactions; securities commission and stock exchange filings and applications; continuous disclosure filings and corporate governance; share and asset sales; special committee engagements; and performing due diligence.
