Daniel G. McElroy received his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 2005 and his B.A. from the University of Victoria in 2001. He was admitted to the bars of Alberta in 2006 and BC in 2009.
Dan practices corporate and securities law and has advised issuers and registrants on a variety of matters, including prospectus financings, private placements, share acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations, continuous disclosure and general corporate matters. Dan has represented clients in the oil and gas, mining, construction, power, transportation and real estate sectors. Prior to joining DuMoulin Black LLP, Dan practiced corporate and securities law at a firm in Calgary.
