Dirk K. Mattheus* practices corporate, securities and corporate finance law. He acts for public and private companies involved in a variety of industry sectors. Matters in which he has been involved include public and private equity and secured or unsecured debt offerings, stock exchange listings, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, plans of arrangement involving spinouts or business combinations, take-over bids, exemption applications, property acquisitions and joint ventures. He also represents clients in connection with continuous disclosure and corporate governance matters.
Dirk received his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1997 and an M.B.A. from McGill University in 1996. He was admitted to the bar in British Columbia in 1998.
