Brian W. Lindsay practices corporate and securities law. He has been involved in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and various forms of corporate reorganization. He also advises issuers with respect to continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange requirements and general corporate matters.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 2002 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2006. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2007.
Brian is a member of the Securities Law subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.
