Kristopher B. Britch received his LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 2002 and his B.Comm. (with Hons.) from the University of British Columbia in 1999. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2004.
Kristopher practices in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law and has acted for public and private companies in a number of industry sectors. Kristopher has advised clients on a variety of matters, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, prospectus financings, private placements, debt offerings, continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance, due diligence, general corporate matters and a wide range of commercial matters. Prior to working at DuMoulin Black LLP, Kristopher worked as a Director and Legal Counsel with the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, as in-house legal counsel at a TSX and NYSE-listed Canadian company, and as a securities associate at a large Vancouver law firm.
