Michelle K. Bourbonnais was educated at the University of British Columbia where she received her B.A. in 2005 and her J.D. in 2009. She was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2011.
Michelle practices corporate and securities law and advises issuers and registrants on a variety of matters, including public offerings, private placements, stock exchange listings, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, continuous disclosure obligations, due diligence and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining DuMoulin Black LLP, Michelle practiced at a downtown Vancouver firm.
